Our Story
SINCE 2019M9my is more than just an online casino platform. It is a community of Malaysian players united by a shared passion – the joy of playing, the thrill of winning and the confidence that every experience here is safe, fair and genuinely rewarding. Find out more about who we are, the values we stand by and why over half a million Malaysians have made m9my their online casino of choice.
M9my is an online casino platform founded with a clear vision: to bring a world-class casino experience to Malaysians in an environment that is safe, transparent and easily accessible. Since launching in 2019, m9my has grown rapidly and is now one of the most recognised names in Malaysia's online casino industry.
What truly sets m9my apart from other platforms is not just our extensive game library or attractive bonuses – it is our deep commitment to user experience. Every button, every page, every deposit and withdrawal process within m9my is designed with Malaysian users in mind. We understand that Malaysian players want a platform available in Bahasa Malaysia, one that accepts local payment methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow, and that has a support team they can speak to in their own language.
The m9my team is made up of experienced professionals from the technology, finance and online entertainment industries. Together, we have built a platform that is not only entertaining but also responsible – with comprehensive player protection features and responsible gaming policies actively upheld every day.
The trust of over half a million registered members is the greatest validation of what we have built here. And we are not stopping – m9my keeps moving forward, keeps innovating and keeps improving to ensure you get the best experience every time you log in to our platform.
"We built m9my for Malaysian players, by Malaysians."

Here are the key reasons why Malaysian players choose m9my – and keep coming back year after year.
M9my operates under a recognised licence, with all platform activities overseen by a responsible regulatory body. Player information is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and a multi-layered security system that cannot be compromised.
M9my accepts all the most popular payment methods among Malaysians — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). Deposits and withdrawals are processed quickly, securely and with no hidden fees.
M9my publicly discloses the Return to Player (RTP) rate for every game on the platform. Players can make smarter decisions based on clear, accurate information. Game RTP at m9my reaches up to 97.5% — among the highest in the industry.

All game outcomes at m9my are entirely random, powered by audited RNG. We do not manipulate results — honesty is the foundation of the trust we build with every player.
M9my continuously updates the platform with new games, the latest features and the best technology available. We never stand still – there is always something new and better in development.

M9my welcomes all Malaysian players regardless of background. Our platform is designed to ensure everyone feels welcome, respected and valued at all times.

From an idea born in Malaysia to an online casino platform serving hundreds of thousands of active members, the journey of m9my is a story of growth built on trust, hard work and a passion for delivering the best to Malaysian players.
M9my officially launched with an initial collection of over 30 slots and live casino games. The platform quickly gained a warm reception from Malaysian players looking for a more trustworthy online casino alternative.
M9my reached a historic milestone by registering its 100,000th member. The trust shown by Malaysian players drove us to continue investing in better infrastructure and game content.
M9my was among the first platforms to fully integrate Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and DuitNow, making deposits and withdrawals faster and more convenient for players across Malaysia.
M9my added over 50 new games, including exclusive locally-themed slots and premium Live Casino tables. m9my's first progressive jackpot was launched to great excitement within the local player community.
M9my continues its rapid growth, surpassing 500,000 registered members. The platform was upgraded with a refreshed interface, a faster support system and an ever-expanding game collection to meet the needs of Malaysia's increasingly tech-savvy players.
Trust is not built overnight. It is the result of the consistency, honesty and commitment that m9my has demonstrated to every player since the very first day this platform went live. There are several key reasons that m9my members frequently cite when asked why they chose this platform.
First, the speed and reliability of financial transactions. Malaysian players care deeply about how quickly their deposits are credited and how long their winnings take to be processed for withdrawal. At m9my, deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost or DuitNow are processed in 30 seconds or less. Withdrawals are completed within 1 hour for verified accounts — a benchmark that few other platforms in Malaysia can match.
Second is transparency in operations. m9my openly publishes the RTP for every game, uses RNGs audited by internationally accredited independent bodies, and never withholds important information from players. Whenever changes are made to the terms or conditions of any bonus or promotion, we notify players well in advance before those changes take effect.
Third, Bahasa Melayu support. It may sound like a small thing, but for most Malaysian players, being able to communicate with the support team in their native language makes a real difference. At m9my, the entire platform interface, all game content and all support channels are fully available in Bahasa Melayu – an advantage that sets us apart from most other international platforms.
Fourth, and just as importantly – community. m9my is more than just a platform; it is a community of Malaysian players who support one another. Winning stories are shared, game tips are discussed and a spirit of sportsmanship is nurtured within the ecosystem we have built together from the very beginning. This is what makes m9my more than just a casino platform – it is a second home for hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players who return every single day.
From video slots themed around mythology and adventure to classic casino card games – m9my has something for every type of Malaysian player.
The m9my video slots collection spans a wide range of captivating themes — from the wild African savannah in Safari Wilds, covert operations in Mission Impossible, samurai drama in Samurai Drama, ancient Egyptian mysteries in Age of Egypt, Greek mythology in Pandora Box, to fierce panda battles in Panda Pow. Every slot offers competitive RTP and unique bonus features.
M9my's live casino tables are operated by certified professional dealers in high-quality studios. Watch every card, dice roll or roulette ball unfold in real time, right on your screen. A genuine casino experience without leaving home — that is m9my's promise to every player.
